Tundra Restaurant at the Beaumont This elegant, fine dining restaurant, with its recognition by Wine Spectator for its award-winning wine list, presents a unique cuisine featuring Colorado Wild Game Entrees, Fresh Seafood and Slow Roasted Buffalo Prime Rib. And don't forget dessert! Our desserts are house made and prepared daily - you won't be able to resist.

Originally built in 1886, the restaurant is located on the second floor of the Beaumont Hotel and was restored using the restaurant's original woodwork, ceiling (where it wasn't collapsed), balcony, wainscoting and doors. Seating is also available on our heated courtyard.

Tundra Restaurant serves dinner begining at 6:00pm Fridays and Saturdays. During the summer and over holidays advanced reservations are recommended.

We are also available for private parties, wedding receptions and other special events and functions.
